Partial Payment Cancellations

If you opted for partial payment, the advance paid is non-refundable for cancellations within 7 days. For cancellations 7+ days before, 50% of the advance is refunded.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your booking through any of the following methods. Please always include your booking ID for faster processing.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary by 3-5 additional business days.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is allowed up to 7 days before departure, subject to availability. The new date must be within 90 days of the original date. No reschedule within 3 days of departure.

Exceptions

Full refund is provided for cancellations due to medical emergencies (with valid medical certificate), natural calamities at the destination, government travel restrictions, and trip cancellation by TripVibe360. Supporting documentation must be provided within 7 days.
