1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using TripVibe 360's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users, including travelers, corporate clients, and partners. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
2. Booking & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or the required advance amount. Trip Vibe 360 reserves the right to decline any booking without providing a reason. Package details, itineraries, and pricing are subject to change based on operational requirements, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice to the traveler.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment or 50% advance is required at the time of booking. For partial payments, the remaining balance must be cleared 3 days before the trip departure date. Failure to complete payment on time may result in automatic cancellation. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment can be made via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, or other methods displayed at checkout.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our cancellation policy varies based on the timing of the request. Cancellations made 7 or more days before departure receive a full refund minus processing fees. Those made 3-7 days before receive 50% refund. Cancellations within 3 days of departure are non-refundable. For international trips, separate cancellation terms apply. 5. Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for providing accurate personal information, carrying valid government-issued photo ID, following safety guidelines provided by our trip coordinators, and maintaining respectful behavior towards fellow travelers, guides, and local communities. Any damage caused to property, equipment, or accommodations by a traveler will be charged to the traveler.
6. Travel Insurance
Basic travel insurance covering accidental injury during trip activities is included in all our packages. We strongly recommend travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and personal liability. Trip Vibe 360 is not liable for any losses not covered by the included insurance.
7. Liability Limitations
Trip Vibe 360 acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers including hotels, transport operators, and activity providers. While we carefully vet all our partners, we are not directly liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by the negligence of third-party service providers. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
8. Changes to Itinerary
Trip Vibe 360 reserves the right to modify trip itineraries due to weather conditions, natural calamities, political unrest, road closures, or any circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements of comparable value. No refund will be provided for changes made during the trip due to force majeure events.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the TripVibe360 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Trip Vibe 360 and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited. Travelers may share their personal travel photos on social media with appropriate credit to TripVibe 360.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
